By accessing or using Roviolt Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform without written consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by law.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the course content.
• Partial Refund: Between 8–14 days, if you have consumed less than 20% of the course, minus a 15% processing fee.
• No Refund: After 14 days or if more than 20% of the course has been consumed.
• Technical Issues: If you cannot access course content due to technical problems on our end, we will provide a full refund upon investigation.

All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Roviolt Academy or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from Roviolt Academy.

Course instructors retain ownership of their original content but grant Roviolt Academy a license to host, distribute, and promote the content on the Platform.

Roviolt Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors or viruses.

In no event shall Roviolt Academy, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lusaka, Zambia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
